AYSO Area 11R is comprised of 7 AYSO regions within the San Diego County. The regions include:

Region 127 - San Marcos
Region 152 - Tierrasanta
Region 285 - Mira Mesa
Region 780 - Kearny Mesa
Region 785 - North Park
Region 1505 - San Elijo (North County)
Region 1656 - Carlsbad

Each region varies by the number of players, parents, and volunteers involved to provide support. Each region is comprised of an all-volunteer force that brings quality soccer to the various communities within San Diego County.
